We are the manufacturer, supplier and exporter of a wide range of Precision machined components. The secondary operations like milling, drilling, grilling, gear cutting, thread rolling, surface treatment, heat treatment are also carried out to complete all manufacturing operations of any components and sub-assemblies.

The Promoter
Mr. A.J. Hegde has about 30 years of experience in machining and production engineering. Bhavani Industries was started in the year 1987 and has been catering to the auto ancillary industries, electronic industries, health care products and domestic appliances. Technically qualified and experienced team of engineers are employed for production, R&D and quality control departments.

Our Customers
Our major customers are Siemens VDO Automotive Ltd. (Bangalore), Premier Instruments & Controls Ltd. (Coimbatore), BPL Ltd. (Bangalore), Precision Interconnect India Ltd./Tyco Healthcare division (USA), and GE Thermometrics India Ltd. (Bangalore).

Facilities
The unit has the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities like CNC lathes, precision grinding machines, precision automatic lathes with good inspection facilities like tool makers microscope, profile projectors, dial gauges, thread gauges and other standard measuring instruments. In addition, special gauges and gauging fixtures are employed for specific components.

The company's vision is to create world class manufacturing facilities for the manufacture of Precision machined components and sub-assemblies with top class quality and at reasonable prices. The unit has ambitious plans to create an organization to serve engineering industries of different products by supplying critical components and sub-assemblies in small batches with minimum lead time.
